Tel Aviv Jaffa – The Past Around The Corner

One of the places I really love in Tel Aviv is the old part of the city called Jaffa. I’ve posted about it already here but this time I was looking at it from another perspective. I was having a photo shoot there with my beautiful friend Sigal and while working I really felt like I traveled in time and got back to the time of Roman Empire.  So if you’re ever near by you have to visit Jaffa and experience it by yourself. Meanwhile, enjoy the pictures and read more about my experiences in Israel if you want to :).

Shiri and the beauty of Neve Tzedek

One of the reasons why I love living in Tel Aviv is that there is an endless list of beautiful places I can do my photo shoots at. This time, I shot with Shiri at the amazing area of Neve Tzedek that is full of very nice stylish buildings, flowers and greens. I really enjoyed photographing there, thank you Tel Aviv for giving me such a wonderful scenery for my work! You can see more pictures here.

Old Jaffa’s Secret Doors

In one of the sunny winter days I went for a trip to Old Jaffa. I described this place a bit already in my previous post but there is one thing that really brought my attention this time. The old city is full of beautiful doors and gates. All locked, all mysterious.  They all look like taken from fairy tales and makes you wonder about all the people that crossed them along all those long years. Some of them are so tiny that they look like they were made only for dwarfs while others are huge and remind you of doors from old castles.

The atmosphere of Jaffa is magical and you can feel it every minute you’re there. If you ever come to Tel-Aviv, Old Jaffa should be definitely number one on your “To See” list.

Just look at these doors, aren’t they from a different world?
